Patterns of Mori Mori

An artwork cloth designed with a pattern that incorporates nature in the image of Shima Onsen surrounded by mountains. Also, by making the patterns so that you can see the “sagaraki” after harvesting the rice, and making it look like they are gathering together, you can see not only trees and forests, but also “people gathering”.

The word "Amanau" means that things flow smoothly, which suits people's hearts. The circle part of the pattern represents the pattern of the windmill, and expresses the shape of the windmill rotating to form a circle. This is an artwork cloth that expresses celebration with a combination of warm colors and good meaning.

The wavy pattern, which looks like abundant water and leaves, expresses the lush growth of 40,000 trees and the energy of forests and water. It is an artwork cloth that makes you feel at ease with its calm green background.

With the concept of "sound -ON-", the guest rooms have been renewed so that the open-air baths can blend in with nature. You can become one with the nature, light, and greenery of Shima. It is a room where you can feel the sound from the room.
While inheriting the history, culture and tradition of the past, it is a compact yet comfortable space that incorporates a modern Japanese view.
The sliding door that separates the room and the bathroom has blinds that allow you to see the outside. Japanese paper tatami mats give a gentle touch. The artwork cloth is from Noda Print Studio, which is known for contemporary art using Japanese paper. It gives color to the three rooms.
